Time: Thursday 2-3pm (commencing late March/Term 2)

Hoops are available and can be purchased/ordered

 

TAPPING INTO EXERCISE

Enjoy putting Tap dance to exercise.

Learn the basic's of Tap but more important enjoy the fun and benefit to exercise.

Shed the festive tyre and TAP into a new lifestyle.

All ages welcome (Parent and Child)

The Essence of relaxation.

This is a 4 hours workshop learning the importance of

Essence through aromatheraphy, the benefits of essential oils.

Plus remedies to introduce to work and home life.

you will learn to make products and take home products.

Time: Wednesday 28th March 10-2pm
